The American Cancer Society will be teaming up with the men's hockey team to raise money at one of their hockey games. This collaboration is known as Hockey Fights Cancer and occurs during a home game during the month of November. The American Cancer Society sells t-shirts, raffle baskets and the hockey team provides signed memorabilia to also raffle off.
In conjunction with ACS on Campus, the Women's Hockey team will be tie dying Hockey Fights Cancer shirts with children in their Little Knights program. The hockey players will help the kids pick a tie dye design, rubber band their shirt, dye their shirt purple, and color pictures for cancer survivors.

There will also be an opportunity to sign up cancer survivors to be recognized in a puck drop ceremony during both the Women's and Men's games. Also, we will be collecting RSVPs to our Tie Dye with the Hockey Team event on November 7th.
