Biography
Dr. Leo Yazhou Jiang is currently an Associate Professor and Director of the Center for Electric Power System Research at Clarkson University.
His research is to develop systems and methodologies for improved resilience and sustainability of electric power systems.
He is the 2024 NSF CAREER Awardee with his research on renewable energy uncertainty management in power grid operations and 2018 GE Dushman Technology Excellence Awardee for his contribution to differential GE products.
Dr. Jiang is a part-time Engineering Fellow at Energy Systems Integration Group (ESIG), part-time Principal Engineer at Avangrid and RLC Engineering, bringing technology to help modernize the power grid in the industry.
