Taylor Converse '23 BS in Aerospace EngineeringWith its small size and even smaller class sizes as I've progressed in my studies, I've gotten to know lots of people. The smaller class sizes really allow you to have connections with your professors, and SPEED helps that even more. I have been granted plenty of opportunities to grow and felt supported by my professors and classmates at all times. Everyone is here to work together and better each other. If the professors are hard, it's because they want you to learn. There is no competition between students, and there is plenty of collaboration. There are always people to turn to when you need support. Between professors, counselors and classmates, I have never felt isolated or unsupported.
