Biography
Dmitriy Melnikov received his M.S Degree in Physics and engineering with Honors from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (now, National Research Nuclear University “MEPhI”) in 1995 and Ph.D. in Physics from Lehigh University (Bethlehem, PA) in 2001. After spending two years at the University of Minnesota and then at Beckman Institute for Advanced Science and Technology at the University of Illinois at Urbana, he joined physics faculty at the Department of Physics at Clarkson University where he is currently an Assistant Professor.
