Clarkson Mourns Justin R. Howard ‘23

Clarkson University is deeply saddened to share that Justin R. Howard ‘23, an aerospace engineering student from Greensboro Bend, Vermont passed away this weekend. Justin was a golfer, played basketball and enjoyed spending time with friends. He was looking forward to graduation in December.

Our condolences go out to Justin’s family, friends, faculty and classmates.

During this time of great loss, we are reminded of the importance of community. Losing a fellow student and member of our University family can be very difficult. Several support resources have been provided to help any students, faculty and staff. Members of the Clarkson community who are seeking support should refer to messages sent to their Clarkson University emails.

Clarkson also thanks the businesses of Potsdam who supported or donated to first responders, including Stewart’s Shops, Jrecks Subs, and Thai Cuisine.
